I made more injun food
Vegetable curry kashmiri! Four red chilis, three green chilis, and a habanero still isn’t spicy enough…rude
Made Greek Gonads (keftedes) with Nick, as well as homemade tzatziki sauce and red quinoa salad (we like that shit)
alright so I made ostrich fillet (seasoned w/ lemon pepper, cracked black pepper, basil, garlic, salt; pan-seared over high flame and then fried over lower flame for tenderness)
and a fucking delicious all-organic Mediterranean quinoa salad (red quinoa cooked with garlic in broth, and then tossed w/ red onion, green bell pepper, cucumber, cherry tomato, kalamata olives, fresh mint, parsely, and feta)
it was absolutely fantastic
and pls do not judge me for:
Last night’s Christmas Eve Dinner. Made from all organic and fresh ingredients from scratch by yours truly ^_^
Plus home-made eggnog spiked with Kraken!
alright so now I’m excited to make dinner tomorrow cuz I decided on what to make (NO THANKS TO THE PEOPLE IM COOKING FOR)
whole wheat fusili with red peppers, tomato, red onion, garlic, chili, tofu sausage, parsley and home grown basil. Everything I cook looks the same
Saturated with Parmesan and feta too, duh
red pepper shells with ratatouille (zucchini, squash, eggplant, r g & y pepper, red onion, garlic, tomato, olives), feta, and Romano cheese. Also lots of parsley and thyme and home grown basil :3
I call this the hot mess. Over black rice: okra, garlic, green peppers, red onion, earth gems, roasted red tomato, fresh orange tomato, white lump crab meat, feta, walnuts, mint, and cilantro. Lots of lemon and zest too. Dead.
reposting cuz it didn’t show up in my food tag but
Baked garlicky cauliflower, steak with topped with pico de gallo
baked keftethes (fresh mint and truffle salt included!), basil/herb couscous with chopped red and orange cherry tomatoes. But so much fresh mint everywhere
It may not be pretty and it contains several pounds of dead animal but I’ll be damned if this isn’t some of the best pulled chicken I’ve ever encountered
